Who do you work with?

Any business that needs to be found and chosen: restaurants, shops, auto, contractors, clinics, salons, gyms, jewelers and professional services. If people need to find you, we can help. Everything is tailored to the business, never a template.

Do I need to be on camera?

No. We can build your content around your space, your work, your products and your team. If you want to be the face of your brand, we'll build an on-camera plan around you and make it easy. Either way we do the filming and editing, and you approve every video before it goes live.

What does it cost?

It depends on what your business needs, which is the point. Every package is built around your business, and you get a quote on the first call. Terms depend on the package too: brand building takes months to pay off, so it can have a minimum term. We'll go over all of it before you commit to anything. Your first sample video is free.

Where are you? Do you work remotely?

We're in San Diego. Filming is in person around San Diego County. Websites, the AI front desk and local SEO can be done remotely, so we work with businesses outside the area too.

What does local SEO include, and how do you measure it?

We set up your Google Business Profile right, make your name, address and phone match on every listing that matters, send every customer the same Google review request after their visit, and make your website easy for Google to read. Every month you get a short report with the numbers: calls, direction requests and website clicks from your Google profile, your reviews and rating, and where you show up for a few key searches. Nobody can promise rankings: Google decides, based on relevance, distance and prominence. Distance is simply where you are, so we work on the other two.

How do review requests stay within Google's rules?

Every customer gets the same request after their visit. We never offer discounts, gifts or anything else in exchange for a review, and we never screen out unhappy customers before asking (Google calls that review gating). Honest reviews, asked for consistently.

Will the AI front desk tell callers it's AI, or that they're being recorded?

Yes. It introduces itself as a virtual assistant, and if anyone asks, it says it's AI. Every voice call also opens by saying the call may be recorded, as California requires. We write the greeting with you.
